Who I Am

I'm an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer who enjoys creating material to help learners have a worthwhile and engaging learning experience. I have 5+ years of experience designing and developing both virtual instructor-led training (VILT) and instructor-led training (ILT). My background includes transforming new hire onboarding experiences, facilitating train-the-trainer sessions, and producing and hosting VILTs to enhance learner engagement. I've worked with global organizations to improve new hire orientation and collaborated with IT teams to streamline training processes.
